If you haven't received order confirmation emails from us, there are two possibilities. 1. You have put an incorrect email on the order form, causing our emails to be not delivered to you. 2. Your firewall or your ISP is blocking our emails. If this is the case, please make sure to add our email "support@buyextras.com" to your safe email address list.
We usually ship within 2- 3 business days unless the order is on back order. We immediately notify customers via emails when an order is on back order.
