How long does it take to ship?
(We usually ship within 2 - 3 business days excluding weekends & holidays for in-stock items. For out-of-stock items, we may notify you via email. If your order has not been shipped after 3 business days, please email to us at support@buyextras.com)

I didn't receive any order confirmation email. How can I find out my order number?
(There are three possibilites. 1. You didn't click the "Send Order" button from the check out page, so we didn't get your order. 2. You put an incorrect email address, so you didn't get your order confirmation email. 3. Your spam filter is blocking our automatic order confirmation email. If you didn't get your order confirmation email, please email to us at support@buyextras.com

What is "DHL Global Mail "?
Normally we use DHL Global Mail Expedited to ship small orders which is delivered by US Postal Mail Delivery.

Do you provide real-time order status for "USPS = US Postal Service" shipping?
(Well, yes and no. US Postal only provides delivery confirmation number. USPS doesn't provide real-time order status for "First Class Mail" and "Priority Mail".)

When I trace the shipment from "USPS" website, it says "The
U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper Information,
if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later". What does it mean?
(It still means your order has been shipped. You cannot trace your shipment right away using
the delivery confirmation number we've provided. USPS doesn't provide real-time order status for "First Class Mail' and "Priority Mail".) |
