If you haven't received order confirmation emails from us, there are two possibilities. 1. You have put an incorrect email on the order form, causing our emails to be not delivered to you. 2. We usually ship within 2- 3 business days unless the order is on back order. We immediately notify customers via emails when an order is on back order.
