RETURN POLICY
- All products we sell are factory-sealed brand new with retail packaging
and sell to our customers at incredible prices with very low margin.
They come with full manufacturer's warranty. Most of products come with
at least 12 months or more warranty. Please read the product manual
for more details on warranty service.
- You can return "Unopen Box" within 30 days from the order
receiving date for full refund except shipping charge. We do not accept
return order for refund after 30 days of invoice date. No return
for refund on "Open Box" because we cannot resell as brand
new. Also, our vendors do not accept open items.
- If the product is defective, you may return it to us for replacement
with the same item only within 30 days from the invoice's date. If it
has been more than 30 days, you must return the product to the manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
- Batteries and Memory are non-returnable for refund.
